Now there are two domestic famous designers and three experienced computer designers in the Design Department, which provides the services of design and fabrication of the products through domestic advanced CAD computer-to-plate and design technique by 8 computers and 6 printers. Besides, the Market Research Department made up of 8 personnel is responsible for overall research and feedback of raw materials & accessories of clothes and fashion trend for clothes as well as standard design, fabrication and improvement of the products in light of experiences in manufacture of the company. Based on the zealousness for clothes culture, the personnel blend and temper colors & lines, keep improving the detail and optimize the models and scales to the perfection.
II. Strong Capacity of Clothes Manufacturing
With total coverage areas of 25 mu (including coverage area of factory area in Chengdu for 4.8 mu and the counterpart of factory area in Jintang for 20.2 mu), the company has workshop area of 10,000 square meters and possesses 500 sets of complete advanced professional manufacturing equipments and 8 production lines. Now it has more than 500 employees including 86 technical & business backbones. Moreover, the daily output of T-shirt and culture shirt is over 5,000 pieces and that of work clothes is over 1,000 pieces; the daily printing volume of advertising shirt and advertising banner is over 5,000 pieces. In order to make our products reach international standards, the Quality Inspection Department that is wholly responsible for test and inspection of clothes, other products, raw materials & accessories, cutting pieces, semi-finished products and finished products has been specially established. It pays close attention to all processes and details. The company has also signed long-term agreement of supply of high quality special-weaving combed cotton yarns with leading state-owned cotton yarn factories within the province so that it ensures the properties of raw materials of the products on high quality, low price and stabilization. Besides, the company has cooperated with Shenzhen Jiaxin Knitting Co., Ltd that has German top-grade “Mei Ya” brand large diameter circular knitting machine with monthly grey cloth output of over 200 tons to solve the problems of supply of bulk cloths thoroughly. In addition, the company has also concluded long-term agreements of dyeing contracting with Haoyang Cloth Industry Co., Ltd, Xiehua Cloth Industry Co., Ltd and Hong Kong sole venture “Hong Kong Deyi Dyeing & Finishing Corporation” respectively. The technical experts from Hong Kong will be directly responsible for boiling-off, dyeing, molding and post-treatment during the entire process. So the products have the functions of anti-pilling, antistatic, crease-resisting, good elasticity, easy clean, rapid drying and permanent press, etc.
